What customers say
Real feedback from Customers.
My treadmill broke down on Monday morning. ServiceXperts had a technician at my door by noon. Fixed in under two hours — brilliant service.
The belt was slipping badly. They came the same day, replaced it and completed a full service. Very professional and reasonably priced.
The motor was making a burning smell. The technician diagnosed it quickly and it has been running perfectly for three months.
Our commercial cross trainer stopped working right before evening peak hours. ServiceXperts sent an engineer within 2 hours who replaced the resistance motor on the spot
Called them for treadmill belt alignment and general servicing. The technician was polite, very thorough with testing, and the pricing was completely transparent.
Had an incline motor error on our home treadmill for weeks. Quick diagnosis and genuine replacement parts provided at a reasonable rate.

FAQS
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions before booking.
No. Our technician visits your home, gym, apartment or office with tools and commonly used spare parts.
For home use, every 3–6 months is recommended. Commercial equipment usually needs monthly preventive maintenance.
When the display turns on but the motor fails to turn the deck, the issue is typically caused by a loose or snapped motor drive belt, a misaligned speed sensor magnet on the front roller, or blown output transistors on the lower Motor Control Board (MCB). If you hear a soft click under the motor hood when pressing Start but nothing rotates, the motor brushes or controller circuit require on-site diagnostic testing.
• E1 / LS (Speed Sensor Error): The console does not detect front roller movement within 5–8 seconds of starting. Caused by optical dust, a misaligned sensor magnet, or a disconnected speed sensor.
• E2 (Over-Current / Motor Error): Triggered when high friction between an unlubricated belt and deck forces the motor to draw excessive current, or when motor carbon brushes fail.
• E3 (Incline Calibration Error): Signals an elevation sensor failure or a jammed incline motor gearbox.
A tripping circuit breaker usually occurs when dry friction between an unlubricated walking belt and deck overloads the motor, pulling excessive electrical current. It can also indicate a short-circuited power MOSFET on the motor control board or a grounded motor winding. Unplug the machine immediately and avoid repeated resets to prevent permanent electronic damage.
• Shifting/Drifting: Run the treadmill at 3 km/h. If the belt drifts left, turn the left rear roller bolt 1/4 turn clockwise with an Allen key. If it drifts right, turn the right bolt 1/4 turn clockwise.
• Slipping/Hesitation: Slipping under body weight indicates a slack running belt slipping over the rear roller, or a loose front motor drive belt on the drive pulley that needs tension adjustment.
On magnetic ellipticals and exercise cycles, resistance is controlled by an internal servo tension motor adjusting a permanent magnet bracket near the flywheel. When resistance is stuck or feels like free-spinning, the cause is typically a snapped tension cable, stripped servo motor gears, or a failing lower controller board not receiving console signals.
No. Never use standard WD-40, petroleum sprays, or automotive grease. These degrade the synthetic belt fabric and attract dust, which forms an abrasive paste that ruins the motor and running deck. Always use 100% pure, high-viscosity silicone treadmill lubricant.
Squeaking stems from dry pivot bushings, unlubricated wheel tracks, or loose pedal-arm bolts. A rhythmic clicking or clunking noise usually points to a loose crank arm bolt, worn bottom bracket/crank axle bearings, or an internal flywheel drive belt issue. Torquing loose crank bolts and lubricating articulation points with synthetic silicone or PTFE spray resolves the problem.
A burning smell is usually caused by excessive friction between an unlubricated belt and deck, an overheating drive motor, or worn carbon brushes depositing carbon dust on the armature. Turn off and unplug the treadmill immediately to avoid burning out the motor control board (MCB) or drive motor windings.
When the incline fails or displays an elevation error (like E3), the problem is commonly a failed incline motor potentiometer/limit switch, a blown fuse on the control board, or stripped plastic internal gears in the lift actuator. Our technicians test the elevation motor voltage, calibrate sensor settings, and repair lift actuators on-site.
Squeaking indicates dry front or rear roller bearings or lack of silicone lubricant between the deck and belt. A rhythmic knocking or thumping noise usually indicates a worn-out drive roller bearing, a frayed seam on the walking belt, or a damaged drive belt pulley.
A standard diagnostic and general servicing visit usually takes 45 to 60 minutes. Standard repairs—such as motor carbon brush replacement, running belt adjustment, sensor calibration, or circuit board replacement—are typically resolved on the same day in a single 1 to 2-hour visit.
If the running deck has surface wear or minor scuffs, flipping it to its unused reverse side (on reversible double-sided decks) and applying high-viscosity silicone lubricant can restore smooth operation. If the deck is cracked, warped, or severely grooved, it must be replaced to prevent excessive friction from burning the motor and lower controller.
Our certified technicians service all leading home and commercial treadmill brands sold in India, including PowerMax, Cockatoo, Durafit, Sparnod, Fitkit/Cultsport, NordicTrack, ProForm, Life Fitness, Sole, Precor, Technogym, Viva Fitness, and Afton.
